Works well but definitely not waterproof, 9/16/14

We have 3 dogs that we have used this collar on for several years after having some marking issues. They have helped to alleviate the pets going into the problem area just as designed. The main problem is that one of our dogs likes to stand in the pool and if his collar gets wet it is a total loss. He doesn't swim in the pool, just stands and splashes. We have had to replace his collar multiple times due to the same problem. No problems with the other dogs' collars.

collar does not work at all, 5/3/14

The discs and the rock are the only things that actually last for this product the collar breaks within days and to replace the collar well you might as well be buying an entire new system for just 2 dollars more. And you cant send in back because of a 30 day policy and we had this product for 2 years we have bought a total of 4 discs and 8 collars. And we tried to go back to petsmart and they will not do anything and neither will petsafe. I don't see why this company would be called petsafe when obviously they are not creating products to keep our pets safe in the first place.

Doesn't last very long, 4/28/14

I have the indoor disks as well as the outdoor rocks to keep our 3 dogs away from areas they don't need to be in. It worked great for the first couple months. I have gone through 3 replacement collars in 6 months. Even with battery changes the collar stopped working. I am fortunate with 2 of my 3, the collar on and the visualization of the disk or rock is enough to keep them away working or not. The other dog, we aren't so lucky. For the price I would anticipate a longer lasting product!

This product worked fairly well, but broke after 45 days., 4/9/14

Originally the dog was deterred from the kitchen, but after about 45 days ignored the system. I then noticed that the collar wasn't working. When I took it back to Petco, they said they wouldn't refund or exchange it was after 30 days. Your website indicates that you won't take it back after 30 days. For $100, I would expect better than that.

Broken, 2/16/14

System works awesome but the plastic part of the collar broke within a month and a new one is just as expensive as buying a whole new system.
