Great system, 1/11/14

We have used this system for close to 10 years. Having a German short haired pointer and a lab, the system has been awesome. Once our dogs were trained on the system, we have not had any issues.

Works Great, Best Product For The Money, 11/22/13

We had adopted a dog that was fully grown by the time she came to be a part of our family. We had tried everything to keep her in our yard. She broke all the chain tie-outs, and had bit through the thickest cables. Nothing we tried to do seemed to work until we had purchased the wireless transmitter/collar. This unit works great , and we didn't have to pay anybody to install it. It has been three, almost four years, since we had initially purchased the wireless fence. We occasionally have to put the collar on to remind her not to chase after the neighborhood kids on their bikes. I would recommend this to anybody that has a dog that needs a friendly reminder to stay in the yard. Just need to remember to keep an extra battery on hand incase it is time to replace it.

Replacement Charger, 11/9/13

We have been happy with our product. It has kept our dog safe for the past 5 years. However, I recently unplugged the charging cable to the device and inadvertently plugged it into another device. When I tried plugging the charging cable back into our box, it no longer will power our PetSafe Wireless Pet Containment Box. Will the replacement charger solve this problem? Any advice or assistance would be appreciated.

How do you reset the transmitter?, 9/22/13

Have had several years of success with the transmitter until recently. The dogs are getting sporadic beeps in safe areas. Have replaced batteries but they will sit on the porch (safe) and beeping occurs. Have turned off the units and back on hoping to fix the problem. Any ideas?
